Project Management

Timesheet Management helps you to monitor and track projects at multiple levels. Create projects for each client, and track which orgs are executing the projects. Create tasks for the project with role based access to the employees.

The software will also generate detailed reports based on the information given such as reports on the status of the project, progress reports, client billing reports, budget vs actual and many more.

Track time and expenses

The Time sheet interface is extremely easy to use. Employees can submit time for each project and each task using an online interface.

You can track billable and non-billable hours either by creating separate task codes or by tracking billable hours and non-billable hours for the same task code.

Issue Management

Timesheet Management helps you to track issues encountered for every task with detailed audit log.

Each issue has issue history (log) which will give a detailed information about the issue, and how the issue was resolved. There can be multiple issues for a single task and multiple logs for a single issue.

Generate Reports

Time sheet management software generates detailed reports like Performance reports ,budgeted v/s actual reports for hours and expenses, client billing report, issue reports, progress report and many more.

These reports will help you to formulate and strategize your business in a more streamlined way.

Access Control

This is the most important feature of Time Sheet Platform. Employees have a role based access in this software. They can log in and view the tasks assigned to them.

Pricing

You can purchase either annual licensing or perpetual licensing for the software.

Charges are on the basis of no. of users.

• For upto 25 users - Rs. 125 per month per user.
• For users upto 100 – Rs. 100 per month per user.
• For more than 100 users- Rs. 75 per month per user.

Consulting fee will depend on the nature of work involved.
